When this happens

  • ✓ Instance is in a Catalog version group
  • ✓ MissingFromCatalog applies to multiple instances of the same dependency
  • ✘ Their specifiers differ AND at least one is non-semver
  • ? Syncpack cannot pick which specifier to enshrine in the catalog
